Cleveland is the project by Andrea Mancini, born in Luxembourg from an Italian family now based in Brussels. The project was started around 2012 and has ever since been releasing several releases on internationally renowned labels with the likes of John Talabot's Hivern Discs, Lovefinger's LA based ESP Institute and most recently Colino's Amsterdam based Kalahari Oyster Cult.
